How Order and Contact Data Is Handled

Order and contact form submissions on HassnainSEO are transmitted directly to our business email inbox. They are not stored in our website database as a permanent order, lead, or customer record. The email inbox is our permanent business record for these requests.

What We Collect

When you submit an order request or contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, project domain, target URLs and anchor text, article details or brief, and any optional details such as company name, WhatsApp number, or country. This information is used solely to review, confirm, and fulfill your request.

Temporary Browser and Session Data

Your browser may store a short list of selected website IDs in localStorage so your shortlist survives while you browse. Our server uses short-lived session values for CSRF protection, duplicate-submission prevention, and rate limiting. None of this technical data includes your personal order details.

Temporary Attachments

If you upload an article document, it is used only as a temporary email attachment and is deleted from our server immediately after the email is sent, whether the send succeeds or fails.

Service Providers

We use our hosting provider and email/SMTP provider to operate this website and deliver order and contact emails. These providers may retain standard server and mail logs under their own policies.

Security

We apply reasonable technical safeguards including CSRF protection, input validation, and secure session handling. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
